I understand that things come up, and I truly appreciate as much notice as possible when you need to make a change to your appointment. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or appointment changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment may be subject to a fee of 50–100% of the scheduled service total, depending on the circumstances. No-Call/No-Show: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
